  1. Prepare 1 pack store bought golgappa/paanipuri
  2. Make ready 2 potatoes boiled
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp boiled chole
  4. Make ready 2 green chillies chopped
  5. Get 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp paanipuri masala
  7. Get 2 tsp roasted jeera powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  9. Prepare 1 tsp chaat masala
  10. Prepare 1 tsp black salt
  11. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Paanipuri:
  1. Boil potatoes and mash them.Add chopped green chilles, chopped coriander,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,roasted jeera powder,chaat masala,black salt and mix well.Add boiled chole.
  2. Make tamarind water by diluting the pulp with water.Add paanipuri masala,red chilli powder,black salt and chaat masala and mix well.Stuff little potato mixture in each paanipuri, dip in tamarind water and munch crispy mouthwatering panipuris.
