Steps to make Chapati's#Themechallenge:
  1. In a bowl,pour in your flour..followed bythe dry ingredients…then the hot water and enough oil..mix everything to have a soft nice dough.
  2. Then a cover with a kitchen towel..for 25 minutes..
  3. On a flat surface… sprinkle flour and spread your dough well then brush oil through it…
  4. Cut the dough into stripes…like this
  5. Fold each stripes this way…
  6. Make/roll each rolled stripes in good round shapes…and fry them one by one..
  7. Add oil on both sides as the sides begin to fume…once done you can serve with any favourite stew of yours.
