The ingredients needed to make Shrimp Pinakbet:
  1. Take Shrimps
  2. Prepare 2 Onions chopped
  3. Take 2 garlic cloves chopped
  4. Get Ginger chopped
  5. Get Ampalaya sliced
  6. Prepare Kalabasa peeled and chopped
  7. Get Sitaw cut
  8. Make ready Tomatoes chopped
  9. Take Shrimp paste or bagoong
  10. Make ready Eggplant sliced diagonally

Slice bitter melon lengthwise; remove seeds and white center. Saute garlic, ginger, and onions until tender. In a word, Pinakbet ilocano is the symbol of agricultural and livelihoods of Ilocos. Pinakbet ilocano is the colorful vegetable dish that is really flavorful.

Steps to make Shrimp Pinakbet:
  1. In hot pan with oil sauté garlic until fragrant onions translucent ginger TIL fragrant and tomatoes then add bagoong and stir then add water
  2. Bring to a boil then lower heat bring to a simmer add remaining Vegetables cover and simmer
  3. Add shrimps then cover and simmer when shrimp is done turn off heat serve
