  1. Prepare 8 Puri (Golgappa Puri)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled and chopped Potato
  3. Take 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  4. Take 2 1/2 tablespoons Sweet Date Tamarind Chutney
  5. Make ready 1 1/2 tablespoons Green Chutney
  6. Make ready 1 teaspoon Garlic Chutney
  7. Get 1/2 cup Curd, beaten
