The ingredients needed to make Shrimp with coconut milk:
  1. Get 250 grams shrimps
  2. Make ready 1 clove garlic
  3. Make ready 1 small onion, chopped
  4. Make ready 1/2 lemon juice
  5. Make ready 200 ml coconut milk
  6. Make ready 1 large green bell pepper slice
  7. Make ready 2 medium potato sliced
  8. Get 2 tbsp cooking oil
  9. Make ready ground black pepper
  10. Prepare salt
  11. Get 1 chili powder
  12. Get 1 medium tomato sliced

Instructions In a large pan or wok mix the coconut milk, cornstarch and salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until thickened. Stir the coconut milk, lime juice, serrano peppers, chopped cilantro, and onion together in a non-metallic bowl; season with salt to taste. Cut the chilled shrimp in half lengthwise and stir into the coconut marinade.

Instructions to make Shrimp with coconut milk:
  1. Heat the oil in a cooking pot
  2. Saute the garlic and onion
  3. Add the shrimp and stir for five minutes .
  4. Add the tomato,stir for 3 mins again then add the coconut milk simmer for 10 mins
  5. Add the potato stir, cook for 5 mins then add the bell pepper simmee for 15 mins in medium heat
  6. Pour in the lemon juice,ground black pepper, salt depend on you taste.and chili powder for little spice. Stir then simmer for 10 mins
  7. Serve and enjoy!
