  2. Get 300 ml sprite
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp banana ketchup or tomato paste
  4. Take 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  5. Get (alternative of oyster for me is 1 tsp hoisin sauce + 1 tbsp soy sauce)
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp butter and 7 cloves garlic for frying
  7. Prepare to taste salt and pepper

The partial garlic butter sauce is the first thing to make when cooking the dish. Cook in low heat until the garlic starts to brown a little. Immediately throw-in shrimp on a skillet and cook over medium high heat while stirring occasionally. Alternately melt butter with garlic in a small microwave safe dish in microwave.

Instructions to make Buttered garlic Prawn w/sprite and hoisin sauce:
  1. Marinate prawn with sprite for 30 minutes
  2. Prepare pan and heat up, put in butter and fry garlic until fragrant
  3. Stir fry in prawn until pinkish without the marinate
  4. Remove prawns when cooked
  5. Put back in the marinade, put in banana ketchup, (oyster sauce or) hoisin and soy sauce (hoisin and soy sauce are just alternative)
  6. Stir sauce until thickened, then put back the prawns, add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix in a while and turn off fire. Sprinkle with spring onion if you like. Serve
