The ingredients needed to make The Devil's Shrimp:
  1. Take sauce
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  3. Take 2 tbsp minced garlic
  4. Take 1 tbsp agave nectar
  5. Make ready 1 can chipotles in adobo sauce
  6. Take 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  7. Prepare 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions to make The Devil's Shrimp:
  1. Liquify sauce ingredients in a blender.
  2. Bring the sauce to a boil in a small pot and reduce heat.
  3. In a large pan bring oil to medium high and add chopped onions.
  4. Once onions are soft, add the peppers and mushrooms.
  5. After the peppers are 2/3 cooked, add the sauce, shrimp and cilantro.
  6. Cook until the shrimp are just done.

These grains can help you feel full for longer too, which is a mood improver. Feeling starved can be awful! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not hard to digest. You digest them quicker than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
