The ingredients needed to make Ginataang Pakbet:
  1. Take Coconut milk
  2. Prepare 2 spoons Shrimp paste
  3. Get Onions
  4. Take Garlic
  5. Make ready Salt
  6. Make ready Pepper
  7. Get Rosemary
  8. Prepare Oregano powder
  9. Make ready Ginger powder
  10. Take Curry powder
  11. Take Coconut oil
  12. Prepare Okra
  13. Get Kalabasa
  14. Get Sitaw

Using a wok or a deep pot saute garlic and onion in cooking oil till caramelized. Add bagoong, saute for a minute then add all the vegetables. Add coconut milk to the vegetables, mix well. Mixed native vegetables flavored with coconut milk.

Instructions to make Ginataang Pakbet:
  1. Saute onions and garlic in coconut oil
  2. Put a bowl of water and add the vegetables
  3. When the water is boiling add coconut milk and the shrimp paste
  4. Mixed it well and serve hot!

Add coconut milk to the vegetables, mix well. Mixed native vegetables flavored with coconut milk. Lalo na if "maligat" yun kalabasa. You can add any "pakbet" veggies that you prefer. Haven't tried it with kamote yet.though.
