Steps to make Bicol Express:
  1. Saute garlic, onion and ginger
  2. Add the pork, cook for 5-7mins
  3. Add shrimp paste, cook for another 5mins
  4. Add the chilis then the coconut milk
  5. Simmer for 30-45mins
  6. Add salt & pepper to taste
