  1. Take 1 packages 450gram Super Q Pancit Palabok noodle, soaked in water
  2. Take 2 packages Mama Sita's Pancit Palabok mix, dissolved in broth and set aside
  3. Prepare 1 lb large shrimps, shelled and boiled
  4. Get 1 lb ground lean pork
  5. Take 6 piece large eggs, boiled and cut diagonally
  6. Get 1 packages firm tofu, cut into cubes and slightly fried
  7. Get 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  8. Prepare 5 clove garlic, chopped
  9. Get 1 small onion, chopped
  10. Get 1 tsp atchuete for additional color, or as needed
  11. Get 1 salt and pepper to taste
  12. Prepare 2 cup pork broth
  13. Make ready 1 packages pork rind, crushed and set aside
