The ingredients needed to make Golgappa:
  1. Get For golgappa
  2. Take 1 cup wheat flour
  3. Make ready 2 tsp maida
  4. Prepare 4 tsp suji
  5. Get 2 tsp refind
  6. Get pinch baking soda
  7. Make ready for golgappa water
  8. Prepare 1 tsp pudina
  9. Make ready 1 tsp dhaniya
  10. Prepare 2 green chilli
  11. Get 1 inch small piece of ginger
  12. Take 50 g tamarind
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp roasted jeera
  14. Make ready as per taste salt, red chilli, amchur, black pepper, black salt, chaat masala
  15. Take 1 tsp pudina boondi
  16. Take for potato masala
  17. Take 1 tsp chopped boiled potato
  18. Take 1 cup boiled some mix. Chole
  19. Prepare 2 tsp chopped onion
  20. Prepare 1 tsp chat masala
  21. Prepare for jaggery chutney
  22. Get 2 tbsp tamarimd
  23. Prepare 1 tsp Jaggery
  24. Make ready pinch red colour

Golgappa Puri, a round shaped small crispy puri that is small enough to easily fit in your mouth, is a basic ingredient in many chaat recipes like pani puri, dahi puri etc. Golgappa is a puff-pastry ball that's filled with mashed potatoes and chickpeas along with spicy mint/cilantro water, and sweet chutney. Instructions to make Golgappa:
  1. Take maida,suji,wheat flour,baking soda,1 tsp refind,water
  2. Make smooth dough
  3. Give rest for 2hours
  4. Pudina,dhaniya,green chilli,ginger,grind all things
  5. Filtered it
  6. Put it in water,all masala,pudina bundi and Tamarind water Mix it well
  7. Take chopped boiled potato,chole,onion And chat masala,mix it well
  8. Make puris of the dough
  9. Fry all puris on high fLame
  10. After frying all puri give rest for 10min.
  11. Take a pan boiled in it water
  12. Put in it tamarind and jaggery Pinch of red colour
  13. Rest it for 15minutes on high flame
  14. Golgappe is ready
