The ingredients needed to make Mariscada:
  1. Prepare 1 packages mussels
  2. Make ready 1 packages clams
  3. Prepare 1 packages shrimp
  4. Prepare 1 can real crab meat
  5. Prepare 1 large onion
  6. Prepare 4 small limes
  7. Prepare 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
  8. Take 1 tbsp garlic
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  10. Take 2 tbsp adobo sauce
  11. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  12. Make ready 1 small jalapeno pepper
  13. Take 2 cup fish stock

Instructions to make Mariscada:
  1. Add oil and garlic and cook till garlic is golden
  2. Add your seafood and cover till they have opened. Normally about 10 minutes or less
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to an almost boil
  4. Cover and reduce heat to simmer and let it sit for about 5 mins
  5. Top with cilantro, limes, and if you want some avocado as well
