  9. Make ready 2 dash Old Bay Seasoning
  10. Make ready 3 dash Crush Red Pepper Flakes

Steps to make Kicked Up Ramen Noodles:
  1. Dice onion and garlic
  2. Cook Ramen Noodles as directed but without seasoning packet.
  3. Melt herbed butter and add olive oil.
  4. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent.
  5. Add clean and devained shrimp to butter sauce.
  6. Drain water from noodles but leave a half of cup of water in the noodles.
  7. Then add Ramen seasoning packet with all other seasonings.
  8. Let it simmer about 2 mins and then add shrimp and butter sauce to noodles.

Grains can be good for overcoming a bad mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually great for helping raise your happiness levels. These grains fill you up better and that can help you with your moods as well. Feeling famished can be terrible! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest.
