The ingredients needed to make Spicy Shrimp Chayote Squash Stir Fry:
  1. Prepare 2 chayote squash, julienned
  2. Get 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  3. Take 4 cloves shallots, thinly sliced
  4. Get 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  5. Prepare 200 gr shrimp, peeled and deveined
  6. Get 3 red chili peppers, diagonally sliced
  7. Prepare 3 Thai bird eye chili peppers, sliced (optional)
  8. Make ready 1 medium tomato, wedged
  9. Make ready 1 tsp salt or to taste
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp white pepper powder or to taste

Add to chayote squash pulp cooked shrimp, mirliton pulp, breadcrumbs add salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Taste stuffing for spices before add raw eggs. Instructions to make Spicy Shrimp Chayote Squash Stir Fry:
  1. In a coriander, add chayote squash and 1 tsp salt. Mix well. Let it rest for about 15-30 minutes. Squeeze slowly and wring the excess water. Rinse under running water. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  3. Add red chili peppers and Thai bird eye chili peppers (if used). Mix well.
  4. Add shrimp. Cook until it change color.
  5. Add chayote squash. Season with salt, mushroom bouillon, and white pepper powder. Cook until the chayote squash tender and moist. Adjust the taste.
  6. Add tomato wedges. Mix well for a while. Remove from the heat.
  7. Serve hot over steam white rice. - Yum! 😋
