The ingredients needed to make Golgappe with a fruity twist:
  1. Get 1 cup suji
  2. Get 1 tbsp maida
  3. Prepare pinch salt
  4. Make ready As required oil for frying
  5. Get As required juices of different colour such as pomegranate, kiwi, mousmi, mango,black grapes,. (after extracting the juices chill them)
  6. Make ready As required blacksalt and lemon juice to balance the sweetness of juices
  7. Get As required finely chopped fruit for filling the golgappas(add lemon juice to them and keep in fridge)
  8. Take note: Chop crunchy type of fruits and not very soft ones

Instructions to make Golgappe with a fruity twist:
  1. Mix suji and salt in a bowl and use lukewarm water to knead Add maida and knead with light hand. Cover with cling and leave for 15 mins
  2. Knead again It should be neither soft nor tight
  3. Roll into a big disc and cut small small rounds and keep them covered in a towel cloth
  4. Heat up the oil. and fry the golgappas by pouring oil on top continuously to make them puff up
  5. Fill the golgappas with finely chopped fruit and juice and enjoy
