The ingredients needed to make Paan Basundi cups:
  1. Prepare 1 litre milk, full cream
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup Paan leaves puree
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp Paan massala
  4. Prepare 1/2 tin Condensed Milk
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp almonds chopped
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp cashew chopped
  7. Get 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  8. Make ready 8-10 fried golgappas
  9. Get 2 tbsp Chocolate sauce
  10. Make ready (Slightly Coat the golgappas)

Today, we will be using the readily available paan syrup to make this decadent ice cream. Basundi, or rabri as its called in North India, is one of the most refreshing milk-based delicacies one can have. Flavoured with nutmeg and cardamom, Basundi is generally more liquid-y compared to rabri and can be whipped up in less than half an hour. Instructions to make Paan Basundi cups:
  1. Firstly, in a large thick pan boil milk.
  2. Boil the milk on low flame for 30 minutes or till milk reduces.
  3. Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking.
  4. Add Paan leaves pure and mix, stir well.
  5. Now add condened milk, 2 tbsp chopped cashew, almonds and pistachios.stir well.
  6. Now add paan masala and mix well.
  7. Boil for another 5 minutes.
  8. Finally,Paan basundi is ready.Serve chilled in Golgappas(chocolate coated)and garnished with few dry fruits and paan masala.
