The ingredients needed to make Chayote and Clavaria Mushroom Soup:
  1. Prepare Half a clavaria mushroom. Cleaned and soaked then cut into cubes
  2. Get 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  3. Take 10 green beans, cut into 3-4 pieces
  4. Take 3 small chayotes, cut into a few pieces
  5. Get as needed Some water
  6. Prepare 3 garlics, slice
  7. Make ready 1 green onion, chopped thinly
  8. Get 3 cloves (optional)
  9. Make ready Some salt
  10. Prepare Pepper
  11. Make ready Chicken powder
  12. Take Sugar if needed

Add the stock or water, bay leaves and potato and simmer until the potato. Add vegetable or chicken stock, chayote, and yuca root. Allow soup to cool and then puree in a blender until smooth. This chayote soup combination gives a good source of potassium, which helps to control blood pressure.

Instructions to make Chayote and Clavaria Mushroom Soup:
  1. Add the water in a pan. Let it noil.
  2. After boiling then add in the garlics and cloves. Let it simmer and becomes fragrant.
