The ingredients needed to make Spicy and khatta golgappa (PaniPuri) pani:
  1. Get 1500 ml chilled water
  2. Prepare 100 grams coriander leaves
  3. Prepare 25 grams mint leaves
  4. Get 50 grams green chillies
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp Black Salt (sanchal,kala namak etc.)
  6. Take 2 tbsp aam chur powder(dry mango powder)
  7. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp chaat mashala
  9. Make ready as per taste salt (rocksalt)
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  11. Take as required Spicy bundi for garnishing
  12. Make ready as required Ice cubes for chilling(optional)

Steps to make Spicy and khatta golgappa (PaniPuri) pani:
  1. Take mixing jar add chopped coriander or mint leaves, add green chillies or add a little bit of water and grind it properly.
  2. Now take one big 2 liter jar add ground paste add black salt,rock salt, Black pepper powder,chaat masala,aam chur powder and cumin powder as above mention, mix it well and put it in the refrigerator for chilling (15 min).
