The ingredients needed to make Stir fry veggies and beef:
  1. Prepare 2 pcs fresh lilly bulb
  2. Take 100 g dried mushroom
  3. Take 1 cup french beans (julliene)
  4. Take 1 med chayote(julliene)
  5. Get 1/2 cup scallion cut 2 inches long
  6. Take 2 cloves garlic minced
  7. Make ready Bean sprout
  8. Take Marinade
  9. Prepare 1 tsp light soya
  10. Get 1 tsp caltrop starch
  11. Take 1 tsp brown sugar
  12. Make ready Seasoning
  13. Get 1 tsp sesame oil
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp rice wine
  16. Get 1 dash blk pepper

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Tilt pan and swirl to coat the sides. Just like your beef, cut your vegetables into uniform, bite size pieces for even cooking. Stir fry your beef first, then remove it from the pan.

  1. Marinade beef for atleast 30 mins
  2. Wash drain and cut all ingridients..
  3. Sautee garlic till golden brown and fragrant then add mushroom followed wth the veggies..then the beef and pour in wine during high fire to eveporatw the alcohol simmer for 5 mins and put beans sprout at the end and the sesame oil(note!dont over cooked sesame oil to retain the nutty aroma)..
