The ingredients needed to make Fruity Orange Jello:
  1. Take 2 small boxes of orange jello
  2. Get 1 can sm. FROZEN orange juice
  3. Get 1 can crushed pineapple
  4. Prepare 2 can mandarin oranges
  5. Take 1 box sm. INSTANT lemon pudding
  6. Take 1 cup milk
  7. Make ready 1 packages (8oz) cool whip

Steps to make Fruity Orange Jello:
  1. dissolve jello in 2c HOT water in casserole dish & stir like crazy
  2. add pineapples (undrained), oranges (drained) and orange juice and mix
  3. refrisgerate unroll ALMOST jelled
  4. when almost jelled make topping by mixing the lemon pudding w/ milk and cool whip. Stir until all mixed up
  5. when jelled spread the lemon topping over jello and leave refridgerated unroll ready to serve.

If you wish to beat depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are high in DHA and omega-3s. DHA and omega-3s are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can greatly boost your mood.

Grains can be wonderful for overcoming a terrible mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. These grains fill you up better and that can help you with your moods as well. Feeling starved can be awful! These grains can improve your mood as it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. You digest these grains quicker than other foods which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You were simply waiting to read that in this article, weren’t you? Green tea is packed full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have shown that this amino acid essentially induces brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body.
