  1. Make ready 1/2 cup suji
  2. Get 1/4 cup oats
  3. Take 1/2 cup curd
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp grated carrot
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp green peas
  7. Get 1 tbsp chopped broccoli
  8. Get 1 tbsp chopped onion
  9. Get 1/2 tsp ginger and green chilli paste
  10. Get 1/2 tsp chat masala
  11. Get 1/4 tsp cooking soda
  12. Get leaves Few curry
  13. Get leaves Coriander
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  15. Take 1/2 tsp cumin mustard seeds

Steps to make Vegetables Oats Suji Paniyaram:
  1. Collect all ingredients
  2. Take a bowl add oats and suji
  3. Next add curd mix well and rest for 20 mins
  4. Meanwhile chop all vegetables
  5. After 20 mins once batter is thick add water and make the consistency like idli batter and add salt and chat masala
  6. Take a pan and add oil to heat up
  7. Add cumin mustard seeds and curry leaves
  8. Once crackling add onions and green chilli ginger paste and sauté for few seconds
  9. Add all vegetables and cook for few seconds
  10. Now add this into the batter add coriander leaves and cooking soda and mix well
  11. Once batter is ready take a paniyaram tava heat it and grease with oil
  12. Place the batter inside each section
  13. Cook until golden brown and flip and cook the other side
  14. Take it out into a plate. Your healthy breakfast is ready serve paniyaram with your choice of chutney or sauce
