  1. Make ready 1/2 cup Malai (from milk top)
  2. Get 1/2 cup Maida (All-purpose flour)
  3. Get 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
  4. Take 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

In this mixture, add cornflour, all-purpose flour and knead a dough. You're only three basic ingredients—butter, flour, and sugar—away from making these sweet buttery cookies. If you have sprinkles, add them on top before baking for a fun and festive look. Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Instructions to make Malai Cookies Just in 3 Ingredients:
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. In a bowl, take 1/2 cup Malai and 1/2 cup powdered Sugar. Combine & Mix well with a spoon.
  2. Now slowly, add Maida(All-purpose flour) and mix it well to make a semi-thick consistency mixture. Do not put the entire Maida at once. Add few drops of Vanilla essence(or 1/4 tsp cardamom powder though optional). Mix well.
  3. Now pour the above mixture in a Piping bag and put nozzle of your choice.
  4. Grease and dust the baking tray with some flour. Pipe the above mixture in shape of cookies. Keep a distance of 1 inch between the cookies as during baking it'll rise.
  5. Bake it at 180°C for 8-10 mins or till the edges turn golden brown. Store it in an air-tight container!
