  6. Prepare 1 tsp roasted jeera(cumin) powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  8. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Prepare To taste Salt
  10. Get Green pani
  11. Make ready 1 cup mint leaves
  12. Take 1 cup coriander leaves
  13. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  14. Take 2 green chillies
  15. Get 1 tsp Jeera ( cumin )powder
  16. Get 1/4 cup green mango
  17. Take as needed Cold water
  18. Get Sweet pani
  19. Prepare 1 cup tamarind paste
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup dates paste
  21. Make ready 1 spoon red chilli powder
  22. Get 1/2 spoon jeera(cumin) powder
  23. Take 2 cup water
  24. Get Sweet curd
  25. Take 1 cup curd
  26. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
  27. Make ready 1/4 tsp Jeera/cumin powder

Instructions to make Golgappa shots cocktail:
  1. For potato stuffing add all the ingredients given under the section and mix it well.
  2. Grind all the ingredients given under the section and mix with cold water. Adjust the flavours as per your taste
  3. For sweet pani, take a pan and add tamarind paste and dates paste and mix well. Once it boils add chilli powder, 1/4tsp salt and water, then leave few mins. Adjust the density of chutney as per your choice and dilute it anytime later
  4. For sweet Dahi, add all the ingredients given in the section and mix well
  5. Now take the short glass and fill all the pani separately and keep Puri's stuffed with potato masala and sprinkle onions and serve. Yummy golgappa shots ready.
  6. Note: For green chutney if u didn't get green mango you can use 1/2 cup diluted tamarind water. For sweet chutney if you don't have dates use 1/4 cup jaggery.
