  2. Till them take a onion n cut in small pieces n start cooking n then wash palak preopely n cut n then start cooking. Add remaon spinces in it n tomatoe as well.and let it cook.
  3. Take oil in fry pan n half fry fish in pan in low flame.
  4. When palak become soft n almost ready then take fish peces on palak pot n cook for 15 to 20 mints on low flame with cover.
  5. After them serve in tray n squeeze lemon with rice flour roti WITH salad
