The ingredients needed to make Yakhni plaow:
  1. Make ready 1 kg Beef
  2. Prepare 1 kg Rice
  3. Prepare 8-10 Green chillies
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp Green chilli paste
  5. Prepare Mint leaves as required
  6. Prepare Garlic cloves 1 complete bundle
  7. Get piece Ginger small
  8. Get 3-4 Onions
  9. Get 2 Tomatoes
  10. Make ready Sabut garam masala
  11. Get G. G paste
  12. Make ready 3 tbsp Souf
  13. Make ready 3 tbsp Sabut dhaniya
  14. Take to taste Salt
  15. Get 2 cup Oil
  16. Get 1 cup Yougert

Instructions to make Yakhni plaow:
  1. Preparation for yakhni Take a pan place washed beef in it then add almost 8 glass water
  2. Then when first boil comes clean the scum and then add souf,sabut dhaniya, 1chopped onion, pealed garlic cloves, small ginger piece, green chillies and sprinkle lemon
  3. When it was done separate the beef from yakhni
  4. Then take another pan pour oil then add chopped onions when they become golden becomes add g.g paste
  5. Then add sabut garam masala, chopped potatoes, mint leaves salt and broil it well
  6. Then add chopped tomatoes, beaten yougert,green chilli paste,beef,green chillies and yakhni then add soaked rice then cook it until rice cooked then serve
