The ingredients needed to make Egg BellPepper Rings:
  1. Prepare 3 bellpepper rings
  2. Prepare 3 eggs (2 complete + 1 egg white)
  3. Take 1 onion, finely chopped
  4. Make ready 1 green chilli, chopped
  5. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Prepare Some Fresh coriander, chopped
  8. Take as needed Olive oil

Place the pepper rings in the middle of the pan. Allow the rings to cook and brown lightly before adding the egg. Turn the rings over a few times so both sides cook evenly. Gently add one egg to the middle of each bell pepper ring.

Instructions to make Egg BellPepper Rings:
  1. Heat non stick pan and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. Roast the bellpepper rings in it for 2 mins.
  3. Meanwhile, crack the eggs, add salt, black pepper, coriander, onion, green chilli and whisk well.
  4. Now pour ladle full of batter into your bellpepper ring carefully. Cook it for 3-4 mins. Check if it's cooked like omelette, flip it and again cook from the other side.
  5. Do not worry if some of the whisked egg spills out of your rings, just make sure to cook everything evenly.
  6. Do this for the rest and enjoy your healthy breakfast.

Turn the rings over a few times so both sides cook evenly. Gently add one egg to the middle of each bell pepper ring. Dredge the bell pepper rings in the flour, then the eggs, then finally in the bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat all sides. Arrange the bell pepper rings on the baking sheet.
