  1. Prepare 1 can Gold Seas Tuna Chunks in Herb & Garlic
  2. Make ready 3 garlic cloves, minced
  3. Get 1 broccoli head, bite-sized & parcooked/steamed
  4. Take 7 Tbsp Nestle All-purpose Cream
  5. Take 1 calamansi, juiced
  6. Get 1-2 tsp Cooking oil
  7. Take To taste Salt
  8. Make ready To taste White pepper (optional)
  9. Make ready As needed Cooked pasta

Steps to make Creamy Herb-Garlic Tuna & Broccoli Pasta:
  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add in the can of tuna, including the sauce.
  2. Break apart the tuna and sauté a bit more. If it dries out, add a few DROPS water.
  3. Add the cream and mix in well.
  4. Gently mix in the half-cooked broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Cook a few more minutes, 3-4 minutes.
  5. Finish off with calamansi, squeeze it around the pan. Gently mix and turn off heat.
  6. Top on your favorite pasta or bruschetta.
