The ingredients needed to make Ketchup marinated grilled meat:
  1. Take Some lean meat
  2. Prepare Complete spices
  3. Take Onions
  4. Take Bell peppers
  5. Take Ketchup
  6. Take Salt and seasonings

I combined it with some ketchup, dry yellow mustard, paprika, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and garlic. I marinated boneless chicken breasts, but I think this would work well on pork or beef as well. I also used Coca Cola Classic, but I think Dr. Pepper or Cherry Coke might be good too.

Instructions to make Ketchup marinated grilled meat:
  1. Wash meat, pat dry and cut into smaller pieces
  2. Mix ketchup, salt and seasonings with spices
  3. Marinate the meat with the Ketchup mixture for at least 30mins
  4. Add chopped onions and bell peppers cover in a foil and cook in the oven for 30mins
  5. Remove the foil and cook again for 10 mins,

I also used Coca Cola Classic, but I think Dr. Pepper or Cherry Coke might be good too. Just DON'T use diet…it doesn't contain sugar. As well, make sure to flip the meat frequently while grilling. Since lean pork loin meat gets dry and chalky pretty quickly, try not to overcook.
