  1. Make ready 3 medium sized aloo/potato
  2. Take 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
  3. Make ready 2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Make ready 1 tsp jeera powder
  5. Take 1/2 tsp hing( asafoetida) powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  7. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Get 1 tsp salt
  9. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. Get 1 tsp Dhaniya (Coriander)powder
  11. Get As needed Coriander leaves Finely chopped

  1. In a cooker add potato which is cut into halfes. Pressure cook it for 2 whistles
  2. Take out the boiled potatoes and peel off the skin
  3. Mash potato and add all the masala powder
  4. Mix everything well
  5. In a boil add chopped onion, Coriander and lime juice.
