The ingredients needed to make Spaghetti Squash and Shrimp:
  1. Get 2 large spaghetti Squash
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 lbs fresh shrimp or 2 12 oz bags frozen raw shrimp thawed
  3. Get 4-5 garlic cloves minced
  4. Take 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  6. Take 5-6 tablespoons butter
  7. Get 1 tablespoon (or to your liking) Badia sazon complete seasoning

Steps to make Spaghetti Squash and Shrimp:
  1. Cut squash and scrape out insides.
  2. Place squash with 1 cup water in instant pot for 6 minutes then quick release or can bake at 350 with 1 cup water until done.
  3. While squash is cooking sauté the garlic in butter. When it becomes fragrant add rest of the ingredients. Sauté until shrimp is done.
  4. Add squash to the shrimp and enjoy!

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray large saucepan with cooking spray and add shrimp. Add Greek yogurt Alfredo and spaghetti squash to saucepan and toss to combine. Add shrimp and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat and add spaghetti squash strands.

It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you eat grains. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are terrific at helping you feel happier. These foods fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods too. Feeling starved can actually make you feel terrible! These grains can help your mood elevate because it’s easy for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.
