  1. Take 1 pound ground beef
  2. Take 1/2 large onion chopped
  3. Get 1/2 large green pepper chopped
  4. Get 4 cloves garlic, minced
  5. Get 1 packet sazon with saffron (I use Goya)
  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon complete seasoning
  8. Get 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup raisins
  10. Get 1/2 cup stuffed pimento manzanilla olives
  11. Get 1 small can tomato sauce

Steps to make Picadillo:
  1. Brown ground beef with green pepper, onion and garlic.
  2. Add garlic powder, complete seasoning, cumin and simmer a few minutes
  3. Add raisins and olives and simmer 2 more minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce.
  5. Stir well, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.
