Instructions to make Tin moi moi:
  1. In a bowl mix the beans paste with all the ingredients and seasoning
  2. Add oil and warm water,mix a soft consistency
  3. Add oil to the tins,and add d beans paste n steam for 45 mins…. Serve wv pepper or sauce

Cold water fish are excellent if you are wanting to feel better. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are chock full of DHA and omega-3 fats. These are two substances that promote the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly boost your mood.

Some grains are really wonderful for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. They can help you feel full for longer too, which is a mood improver. Feeling famished can truly make you feel terrible! These grains can improve your mood since it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. You digest them faster than other things which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
