  2. Prepare 1 cup ragi flour
  3. Get 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  4. Take 1/2 cup powder sugar
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Get 1 egg
  8. Make ready 1 tsp vanilla essence
  9. Make ready Pinch if salt
  10. Make ready 2 tsp vegetable oil
  11. Make ready 1 cup milk (if need add more)
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder

  1. Take egg in deep bowl and whisk untill stiff,add vegetable oil,pumpkin puree,vanilla essence,milk and whisk again
  2. In other bowl add both flour,sugar,baking powder and soda,salt, Nutmeg powder and mix well
  3. Now add flour mixture in egg mixture gradually till all combine well
  4. Heat a pan add sugar,when sugar caramelized add milk and cinnamon powder in it and cook till milk just half of it's original quantity,when done switch of gas and keep aside
  5. Now heat a pan in medium flame and drop spoonful better carefully on slightly hot pan and take rest for minute to cook
  6. When one side cook,flip it to bake other side
  7. Make all pancakes like this
  8. When all done serve it with caramelized milk,apple slice choco syrup,jam and with chopped walnuts and pistachio
