The ingredients needed to make Tofu Macaroni and Veggie Soup:
  1. Take 2 handfull of macaroni
  2. Prepare Half a tomato, cut into cubes
  3. Prepare 1 carrot, peeled and cut into cubes
  4. Make ready 1 clove garlic
  5. Get Half a large firm tofu, cut into cubes
  6. Get Some water
  7. Prepare Salt
  8. Prepare Pepper
  9. Prepare Chicken powder if needed
