  1. Take 1/2 cup Maida
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Suji
  3. Get 100 grams Imli
  4. Take 1/2 cup Red chilli powder
  5. Take 1/2 spoon Salt
  6. Take 1 tablespoon Sugar
  7. Get 1/2 spoon Jeera powder
  8. Make ready 2230 leaves Mint
  9. Take 1/2 cup Potato boiled
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup Black chana boiled
  11. Get 1/2 cup Green fresh Dhaniya

Instructions to make Golgappas:
  1. Make a hard dough of maida and suji
  2. Make small ball and flatten it
  3. Deep fry it
  4. Golgappas are ready
  5. Now for water. Take imli water. Put some sugar or gur in it. Add salt,red chillil powder,mint,zeera powder, hing in it
  6. Serve chilled
