The ingredients needed to make Macroni and vegetable Soup:
  1. Get 3 tomatoes
  2. Prepare 1 beetroot
  3. Prepare 3-4 pumpkin pieces
  4. Make ready 1 Carrot Peeled and Chopped in small cubes
  5. Take 1 Onion Chopped
  6. Get 2 Tbsp Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  7. Take 3-4 White Mushrooms Sliced
  8. Get 2 Tbsp yellow pepper chopped
  9. Take 1/4 cup elbow Macaroni boiled
  10. Take handful corn kernels
  11. Make ready to taste black pepper powder
  12. Prepare to taste Salt
  13. Get 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro or basil

In a saute pan, brown ground beef, over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then simmer until macaroni is done. Add onion,carrots, celery and celery leaves and sauté until softened. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix and beef broth.

Instructions to make Macroni and vegetable Soup:
  1. Take tomato, pumpkin and beetroot in a pan and add water. Add little salt and let it boil like a soup. - One can do this process in a pressure cooker too and can blend them on cooling. - - Leftover tomato soup too can be used.
  2. Boil macroni pasta in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt
  3. Now take a pan and add butter to it. - Sauté onions and when they turn pink add vegetables to it starting with carrots,boiled Macroni, peppers and corn kernels - - Don’t over cook
  4. Add the pureed boiled tomato mix to the pan and let everything incorporate nicely.
  5. At this stage adjust the seasoning as per the liking and add basil/ cilantro for the flavor.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
