  2. Get 1 cup suji
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup Curd
  4. Take to taste Salt
  5. Prepare 1/4 tbsp Baking soda

  7. Take 1/2 cup .grated capsicum
  8. Get 1/2 cup grated carrot
  9. Take 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  10. Make ready 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped green chilli

Steps to make Suji pinwheels /suji rolls:
  1. Take a bowl. Add suji,curd,salt and baking soda. Mix it well and knead it in a smooth dough. No water required.
  2. Keep it aside for 15 mnts for rest.
  3. After 15 mnts add some oil to dough and knead it again.
  4. Divide dough into 2 or 3 equal part according to quantity of dough and make big balls.
  5. For stuffing….. take a bowl. Mix all veggies and spices in it mix it well
  6. Take a ball. Spread some oil on rolling board. Roll the ball in rectangular chappati shape with roller pin.
  7. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the chappati. Then spread veggie mixture on it.
  8. Then roll the chappati and stick the edges.
  9. Prepare another rolls same as first one.
  10. Take a pan. Add 2 to 3 cup water. Make it boil.
  11. Then grease a steel chalni with oil. Place the prepared rolls in it.
  12. Keep the chalni on pan and covered it.
  13. Steamed the suji rolls for 15 to 20 mnts.
  14. Let them cool down. And cut then in small pieces.
  15. Place the pieces (pinwheels) in a plate.
  16. Take a tadka pan. add 2 tbsp oil. Then add 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp white til and 7 to 8 curry leaves.
  17. Pour this tadka on suji pinwheels.
  18. You can also add cumin seeds in tadka as your desire
  19. You can also add sambar masala in stuffing. I hv used it because I luv southindian flavour. It makes your dish more spicy and delicious.
