The ingredients needed to make Golgappa:
  1. Make ready 2 cups coriander and mint leaves
  2. Get 1 raw mango
  3. Get 2 green chilli
  4. Make ready Ciba salt
  5. Prepare Ciba egg masala
  6. Get 1/2 tsp Ciba Garam masala
  7. Take 1/2 tsp sugar
  8. Take 1 tsp black salt
  9. Take 1/4 tsp heeng
  10. Get 1/2 tsp jeera
  11. Prepare Pinch red chilli
  12. Take 1 spoon lemon juice
  13. Make ready 1/4 tsp

Steps to make Golgappa:
  1. Boil raw mango
  2. Grind green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves, both types of salt, pinch of jeera
  3. Mash & make smooth paste of mango mix in leaves mixture
  4. Add 3/4 lt water& ciba egg masala
  5. Add Garam masala,lemon juice &sugar
  6. Take a pan add 1/4tsp of ghee crackle jeera, heeng &red chilli pour in the water
  7. Enjoy with golgappa..
