This recipe shares the North Indian style of making golgappa pani along with the stuffing - specifically the golgappa you get in Delhi and ncr belt. Crisp, crunchy and an absolutely delicious pop up for the taste buds, Golgappa is a street food loved by one and all.

The ingredients needed to make Golgappas:
  1. Make ready For golgappas
  2. Get 100 gm wheat
  3. Prepare 50 maida
  4. Make ready 50 gm sooji
  5. Get as per taste Salt
  6. Take 1 pinch Baking soda
  7. Prepare 3 tsp oil
  8. Prepare 1 cup seedless tamarind soaked and pulp taken out
  9. Take 1 tsp Jeera powder fresh roasted
  10. Take 3/4 tsp Rock salt
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  12. Get as needed Mint leaves
  13. Take 1/2 cup Sugar
  14. Prepare 1/4 tsp Dry ginger..
  15. Prepare For filling
  16. Take 2 Boiled potato
  17. Get 1/2 cup Sprout moong
  18. Get 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds arils
  19. Prepare 1 Peach (aadu)chopped or apple
  20. Take 1/2 cup Boiled kala chana
  21. Take as needed Mint leaves
  22. Get 100 gm green coriander chutney
  23. Prepare as per taste Salt

Steps to make Golgappas:
  1. Boil tamarind by adding half glass of water
  2. Add mint leaves spices sugar and salt.. make tangy water of thinner consistency
  3. Make filling by mixing mashed potato with the ingredients given
  4. Break puchkas from the centre and fill with the ingredients for filling and have it with with tangy water
