The ingredients needed to make Easy cheese steaks:
  1. Get 1 steak of ur choice
  2. Take 4-5 sweet peppers
  3. Prepare Half an onion
  4. Prepare Season of ur choice i just used salt & pepper
  5. Prepare Provolone cheese
  6. Make ready Pack Hawaiian mini sub sweet rolls
  7. Take Mayo optional

Lay the sliced cheese over the steak; cover and cook. In a skillet, over medium heat, brown your ground beef with a little bit of olive oil and your minced garlic. Break the beef up into smaller chunks. Once the meat is browned, toss in the green bell pepper and the onion.

Instructions to make Easy cheese steaks:
  1. Cut up steak onion and peppers
  2. Cook up together
  3. Take sweet roll place chesse on and put in toaster oven till chesse is melted
  4. Take ur.steak mixture and place as much as u want on top of melted chesse
  5. Add mayo or whatever u would like and enjoy

Put the steak onion and peppers on a roll and top with American cheese for me and Swiss cheese for my wife. Just put S&P on the steak to taste put it under the broiler to melt the cheese a little (Don't melt the cheese in the pan with the steak onions and peppers.) Now it gets five stars. Spread remaining cream cheese on each hoagie roll.
