  2. Get 6 slice bread, large, toasted
  3. Get 1/4 lb black forrest ham and mesquite turkey mix or any sandwich meat
  4. Take 3 slice cheese, I use swiss or american.
  5. Make ready 1 condiments and vegetables to your liking
