The ingredients needed to make Mix Veg Grilled Sandwich,:
  1. Get 6 Slices sandwich bread
  2. Take 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. Take 2 chopped onions
  4. Make ready 2 chopped tomatoes
  5. Prepare 1 chopped green capsicum
  6. Take 6 tsp green chilli coriander chutney
  7. Take 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Get as required Butter to apply
  10. Prepare as required Grated cheese

  1. Boil potatoes and mashed it, add salt and black pepper powder. Keep ready green chilli coriander chutney to apply.
  2. Keep ready chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum, sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder on it to enhance the taste. Apply butter and chutney to all bread..
  3. Now make a layer of mashed potatoes on 1 bread, keep 1 bread on it, put chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum, along with grated cheese, now keep 1 more bread and on it cover ii, gently press it.
