The ingredients needed to make Malai sandwich:
  1. Get 1 packet bread
  2. Make ready 2 cup fresh Malai(cream)
  3. Prepare 1 cup sugar
  4. Make ready As needed Ghee for greasing

Now slice the squared paneerhorizontally in the center, and place a spoonful of the colorful stuffing on one of the slice, and cover it with another slice, pressing gently. To make Milk Malai Sandwich take a grinding jar. Add milk if required for binding,Red Food color and grind. Add Chopped Cashew Nuts and mix well.

Instructions to make Malai sandwich:
  1. Take two breads, then apply malai on it
  2. Now spread 1-1 tbs sugar on both the breads.
  3. Now grease the sandwich maker with ghee and join these breads and put in the toaster then start roast the bread on both sides
  4. Our yummy malai toast is ready to serve. It's taste just like mal puda

Add milk if required for binding,Red Food color and grind. Add Chopped Cashew Nuts and mix well. Take a pan, Do not keep on flame. Add Ghee,Milk,Milk Powder and mix well with out lumps. Stuff all the Chena Malai sandwich in the same way.
