  1. Take 8 bread slice
  2. Prepare Stuffing:-
  3. Make ready 1 cup boiled corn
  4. Prepare 3 cups chopped spinach
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup paneer grated
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp butter
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Get 1 tsp chilli flakes
  9. Take 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  10. Prepare 2 tsp oregano
  11. Get 2 tsp fresh basil leaves chopped
  12. Get to taste Salt
  13. Take For white sauce:-
  14. Take 2 tbsp butter
  15. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  16. Get 2 tbsp madia
  17. Make ready 2 cup milk
  18. Get 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  19. Prepare 2 tsp dried Italian herbs/mixed herbs
  20. Prepare to taste Salt

Steps to make Cheese Corn Sandwich:
  1. White sauce:- Heat butter and oil and add madia and roast till nice armoa comes out.
  2. Now add milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  3. When milk thicks add herbs and salt. Switch off the flame.
  4. Add grated cheddar cheese and mix well. White sauce is ready and keep aside
  5. Stuffing:- Heat butter and add boiled corn and saute for second.
  6. Then add palak, oregano, black pepper garlic powder and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add chopped basil leaves, chilli flakes and paneer. Cook till all mositure has gone.
  8. Add white sauce and mix well. Stuffing is ready
  9. Take a bread slice and apply butter and put stuffing on two bread slice.
  10. Cover with other bread slice. Grease the preheated toaster griller with butter. Place Sandwitch for grilling in the toaster with little butter on top of bread slice.
  11. Served grilled Sandwitch with any drink or a tea or coffee.

Switch off the fire and add chopped tomatoes and basil. Heat medium skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in skillet. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and mozzarella on bread. I used organic frozen sweet corn.
