  1. Get 2 slice Bread (from a 6-slice loaf)
  2. Make ready 2 Croquettes
  3. Take 1 leaf worth Finely shredded cabbage
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp ●Ketchup
  5. Get 2 tbsp ●Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  6. Prepare 1 dash ●Japanese mustard (tubed)
  7. Get 1 Mayonnaise
