  2. Make ready As required butter
  3. Make ready To taste salt
  4. Prepare For seasoning pepper
  5. Prepare as required boiled and shredded chicken

Spread mayonnaise on bread; top with a slice of tomato, salt and ground black pepper to taste, half a grilled chicken breast, and lettuce.   1. Take a bread slice apply butter on another slice apply mayo
  2. Then add salt, pepper then add shredded chicken top it up with ketchup
  3. Now cover it with another bread slice
  4. Keep it in the grill toaster
  5. Once done serve with ketchup.

These are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain work a lot better. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can actually help you fight your depression.

It’s not difficult to overcome your bad mood when you consume grains. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are fantastic at helping you be happier. These grains can help you feel full for longer too, helping you feel better. It’s not hard to feel low when you are starving!
