The ingredients needed to make Golgappa Chaat:
  1. Prepare 10-12 sooji golgaphe
  2. Get 1/2 cup kidney beans boiled
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup sev
  4. Take as needed mayonnaise
  5. Make ready 1 cup boiled potatoes cut into Small pieces
  6. Get to taste salt
  7. Make ready as needed black pepper powder
  8. Make ready as needed mint leaves for garnishing

Take each golgappa puri and gently make a large hole on its top-middle side (thin side) by poking it with a spoon / finger for stuffing.
