  6. Take 1 medium chopped green onion
  7. Get 1 can or jar of sliced jalepenos (optional)
  8. Prepare 1 packages of corn tortilla chips whatever brand you prefer
  9. Make ready 1 can of refried beans

Instructions to make Easy nachos:
  1. cook ground meat till brown and no longer pink add whatever spices you wish i use salt, pepper,onion powder and garlic powder
  2. then drain all the fat out
  3. after that return to pan and add the chopped onion and pepper
  4. allow that to simmer on low heat while you heat the refried beans. I put a little oil and milk for creamer texture
  5. Now to serve. put some chips on a plate, spoon some beans on top, add cheese then some meat and more cheese and then top with sour cream green onions and jalepenos
