  1. Take 4 big Raw mangoes
  2. Take 2cups Sugar
  3. Get As needed Water
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Green cardamom powder
  5. Take 5-6 Cashews and almonds

Instructions to make Raw mango murabba:
  1. Peel off the mangoes and cut the pulp into big pieces. Boil these pulp pieces in water for 4-5 minutes and drain the water.
  2. Take another vessel. Put these pieces in it and sugar over it. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in between. (No need to add water. The water released from pulp on adding sugar)
  3. Add cardamom powder, cashew and almonds. Let it cool.
  4. Aam Murabba is ready to eat.

Cut peeled mangoes into big pieces. Make holes in these pieces by poking them with a fork. Take out the mangoes from salt water, wash them twice then keep them in a strainer to drain remaining water. Aam Ka Murabba is made from Raw mangoes. Like mangoes, (Safeda, Dusseri, Langda etc), raw mangoes too come in many varieties.
