  1. Cut mango into 1" thick cubes.Heat a pan.Add mango pueces with 1 cup water.Boil and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or till mango is tender.
  2. In another pan heat ghee,add cloves and add boiled mango.Saute for few minutes till mango is soft.Add sugar and dried rose leaves.
  3. Cook on low flame for 3-4minutes.When the murabba appeares shiny in texture,put off the flame.
  4. Gulkand mango murabba is ready to serve.Serve with puris /parathe.
